Navigating Pelvic Floor Symptoms in Exercise

A free, hands-on workshop for anyone who wants to understand their pelvic floor — and actually do something about it.

Saturday, May 30th | 10:45am – 12:00pm | Sun Prairie, Wisconsin

Lift, Jump, Run:

Do any of these sound familiar?

  • You leak a little when you sneeze, jump, or lift — and you've just accepted it as normal

  • You've heard "just do kegels" but nothing has actually changed

  • You feel like something is "off" down there during exercise but you don't know what to do about it

  • You've avoided certain workouts because you're not sure if they're safe

  • You want to get stronger, but you're worried about making things worse

If you nodded at even one of those, this workshop is for you!

Workshop Agenda

10:45 – 11:15am | Learn We'll cover the real reasons pelvic floor symptoms happen, bust a few myths you've probably believed for years, and talk about how breathing and core function are more connected than you think.

11:15 – 12:00pm | Practice You'll feel the difference between strategies that work and ones that actually add pressure to your system — and you'll practice the tools in real movement contexts like squats, running mechanics, and more.

This isn't a lecture about anatomy you'll forget by Tuesday. Instead, you'll leave with:

  • A clear understanding of why pelvic floor symptoms happen — and why they're more common than anyone talks about

  • The breathing and movement techniques Kim uses with her coaching clients every day

  • Real workout modifications you can start using immediately

  • Confidence that getting stronger is good for your pelvic floor — not something to fear

  • A sense that you're not alone, and that this stuff is actually fixable

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I'm Kim — a strength and fitness coach with over 15 years of experience and a specialty in pelvic floor and core function.

I work with people who are pregnant, postpartum, going through peri/postmenopause or just navigating symptoms that no one warned them about. My whole approach is built around one idea: exercise should fit your life and support your body — not make you feel broken or behind.

I designed this workshop because so many people are quietly managing symptoms they were never given real tools for.

That changes here!

 FAQs

  • Nope. This is for all levels. You just need to show up.

  • Not at all. Pelvic floor symptoms can happen at any age, any stage. If you're curious, you belong here.

  • Yes — the second half of the workshop is movement-based, but it's low-key and fully modifiable.

  • In lieu of a workshop fee, I’m asking for donations for Bowl of Soul.

If you feel compelled to donate, I’ll have instructions on how to do so during the workshop.
