Whether you're brand new to strength training, navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, peri/postmenopause or managing pelvic floor symptoms, Strength Foundations meets you exactly where you are.

Each workout follows a structured, circuit-based format: a mobility warm-up, a targeted core and power block, a full-body strength section, and a super chill cool down — all at your own pace, with multiple resistance and intensity levels available. The program runs in four-week cycles, so you'll build on your progress week over week with expert coaching and modifications always on hand.

These workouts are rooted in a body-positive, weight-neutral philosophy — zero diet talk, zero judgment, zero shame. Just a welcoming community focused on getting stronger together. No strength training experience is required.

What Clients Are Saying:

  • “I tended to shy away from strength training in the past because it was hard to find a workout environment that felt comfortable to me. It often felt like strength training was designed for people with a different body type and lifestyle than mine. One thing I really appreciate about Kim is how transparent she is about her own relationship to the gym. It was awesome to workout in a community of women who welcome every body type and ability level. Working with Kim has truly changed my perspective on strength training. Now it feels like it has a real place in my life!

Nidia — education researcher, mom of 3

  • “Kim's Strength Foundations class helped me rebuild strength safely after having a baby and, more importantly, reconnect with my body in a positive way. Her classes are welcoming, inclusive, and free of judgement — she meets you exactly where you are and helps you feel strong.

Abby — school counselor, mom of 2

  • “This was my first workout class back after having baby #3. I was nervous to get back into it as I felt like I had lost a lot of muscle mass during my pregnancy. Kim helped me to regain that confidence. By the end of the session, I felt stronger. I love that with warm ups we focused on breath and pelvic floor, and incorporated that throughout all the exercises. Kim had many variations for each exercise and would work with people individually to help meet their goals. I liked that we could go at our own pace and add on more if time allowed! Overall, I was super impressed and happy with the outcome of Strength Foundations!

Kaitlyn — RN/IBCLC, mom of 3, soccer player

The environment is so welcoming! All rotations and exercises have been challenging but doable for a beginner like myself. I look forward to coming each week.”

— Allison M. [mom of 2, social worker]
