Strength Foundations: Summer 2026 & Beyond
I’m thrilled you’re interested in my community progressive strength training workouts! Here’s what’s on tap for summer 2026:
Sundays 8:00am in Middleton
Wednesdays 5:30pm in Sun Prairie
One other session, location & schedule TBA!
Summer session starts the week of June 14th and runs for 8 weeks.
Modifications for pregnancy, postpartum and pelvic floor symptoms will be available. This will be a body positive environment — no weight loss or diet talk allowed — and our goal will be to increase strength and build community. This will be a great space for beginner and intermediate lifters/exercisers. No strength training experience required. Women, femmes, trans and non-binary folks are all welcome.
