In Person Strength Workouts: Fall 2025!
I’m collecting feedback to plan out the Fall 2025 session of in person strength training workouts!
We will be meeting at a gym in Middleton [near Costco] for 8 weeks starting in early September and wrapping up the first week of November.
Modifications for pregnancy, postpartum and pelvic floor symptoms will be available. This will be a body positive environment — no weight loss or diet talk allowed — and our goal will be to increase strength and build community. This will be a great space for beginner and intermediate lifters/exercisers. No strength training experience required. Women, femmes, trans and non-binary folks are all welcome.
