Meet Your Coach

Hi, I'm Kimberly.

I bring 15+ years of coaching experience and hold these credentials:

  • BS in Exercise & Sport Science (UW-La Crosse)

  • Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA)

  • Certified Postnatal Fitness Specialist

But just as importantly, I understand the delicate balance of fitting exercise into a full life. I believe strength training should enhance your life, not consume it.

  • 2 weekly strength training workouts, perfect for beginners through intermediate level

  • Expert guidance for pregnancy, postpartum, peri/postmenopause and pelvic floor symptoms

What You Need:

  • 1 Long Flexband

  • 1 — 2 sets of Dumbbells

  • 20 — 30 minutes, twice a week (seriously, that’s it!)

2. Get Your Program

  • Receive & start your first week of workouts on August 4th

  • Watch detailed coaching videos for each movement

  • Check in, ask questions and feel supported right in the app

3. Ongoing Support

  • Direct messaging through the app for questions

  • Form check videos and feedback

  • You’ll have 4 weeks to go through the workouts, becoming familiar and much more comfortable with strength training exercises

 FAQs

  • A: Life happens! Your program is designed to be flexible. We'll adjust as needed – some weeks you might do fewer workouts, others you might do more. There's no falling behind because your program adapts with you.

  • A: No! You can successfully train with just a few key pieces at home.

    I’ll send you a specific list before you start your program, but usually you just need 1 or 2 sets of dumbbells, a long flexband and some space to move.

  • A: I’m not trying to run you into the ground. I want you to feel stronger, have more energy and feel better in your body RIGHT NOW. We can do this with short, effective strength training workouts that make no mention of weight loss, dieting or bouncing back.

    Plus, you get direct access to me – a coach who understands real life and prioritizes sustainable progress over quick fixes.
