Sarah’s Simply Stronger Testimonial
Sarah was one of the first people to try Simply Stronger when it launched and I’m delighted to share with you her glowing feedback on the 12 week program!
“I am heading into week 7 now and going strong!
Honestly, there is nothing that isn't working for me with this program — it is SO easy to fit into my everyday chaos, and I have been pairing this with either a (near) daily walk or bike ride. I really don't even notice the feeling of fatigued or sore muscles the day or so after a good walk or ride, because I'm feeling so much more supported with strength. The difference is truly noticeable in how I move through my day — going from being mostly at my desk, moving from sit-to-stand-to-move all day, then chasing the kids until bedtime — my body is starting to keep up more easily with daily demands and it feels so good!
The guide itself is absolutely outstanding. I personally appreciate the information provided about the connection between the core, pelvic floor, and breathing, especially when it comes to movement. The progression of the program so far for me has felt to be at a really nice pace — I'm challenged and in control and feeling noticeable differences.
I could not be happier with this program so far and I have no intention of stopping at 12 weeks. This has given me confidence in gaining my strength back that I felt had been lost over the last nearly 7 years, but it doesn't disrupt or come at the cost of anything else, so it is a win-win-win!!”
Simply Stronger: 12 Weeks of Simple & Accessible Home Workouts for Full Body Strength & Mobility
I created this exercise program for folks just like me — a little sleep deprived, with full schedules, physically demanding responsibilities and disappointment in the status quo around fitness.
I don’t want to spend all of my time and mental energy focused on becoming the smallest version of myself. I want to use exercise as a tool to make my life better!
I want to feel stronger and more capable in my body. I want to have a peaceful and positive (or at least neutral) relationship with exercise. I don’t want to be hyper focused on what I look like day in and day out.
I’ve got more to offer the world than a perfect body and a stressed out relationship with food and exercise.
If this sounds like you, then I’d love to show you how to incorporate strength and mobility training into your already full life. We can sneak exercise in, in small doses, and still see wonderful results.
